老年人展演类体育赛事参赛风险管理研究

摘　　要：采用德尔菲法等风险识别方法构建老年人展演类体育赛事参赛风险指标体系,体系包括3个风险源、9个风险因素类型、46个风险因素,并根据实证结果将风险因素根据风险权重划分为高中低等级。为保证老年人参与体育锻炼与体育赛事的风险应对,提出风险因素应对和参赛风险应对:建立参赛人员(老年人)、主办方、参赛对手等多元保障体系,保障老年人体育赛事的举办与老年人参与比赛的健康与安全;对体育赛事中的场地、器材等进行经营管理,参赛者注重体育器材的适配性,体育赛事组织者加强场地器材的维护与保养,为体育赛事的举办加强风险把控;完善体育赛事社会环境与自然环境的风险监控与保障制度,注重体育赛事风险管理。The Delphi method and other risk identification methods were used to construct a risk index system for the participation of sports events for the elderly,including 3 risk sources,9 risk factor types and 46 risk factors,and the risk factors were divided into high,medium and low levels according to the risk weights according to the empirical results.In order to ensure the risk response of the elderly participating in physical exercise and sports events,put forward risk factor response and participation risk response:establish a multi-protection system for participants(the elderly),organizers,competitors,etc.,to ensure the health and safety of the holding of sports events for the elderly and the participation of the elderly in competitions;Operate and manage the venues,equipment,etc.in sports events,pay attention to the adaptability of sports equipment,strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of venue equipment by sports event organizers,and strengthen risk control for the holding of sports events;Improve the risk monitoring and guarantee system for the social environment and natural environment of sports events,and pay attention to the risk management of sports events.
