执行功能的评价方法在国内运动干预相关研究中的应用综述  

A Review of the Application of Executive Function Evaluation Methods in the Related Research of Exercise Intervention in China

摘  要:随着运动干预执行功能相关研究的不断深入,执行功能的评价方法已发展的十分成熟。本研究收集整理国内58篇与运动干预执行功能相关的研究,综述其执行功能的评价方法,包括整体评价方法执行缺陷综合征的行为学评价和连线测验范式等,以及各子功能的主要评价方法,包括Flanker范式、Stroop范式、N-back范式、More-odd Shifting范式以及次要评价方法;从受试人群、干预运动类型、干预运动形式、运动强度等方面对各评价方法进行了应用情况分析并探讨了现存评价方法的缺陷和未来的发展方向,以弥补现存研究的不足和为后续研究者们采取何种评价方法提供理论依据。With the deepening of the research on executive function of exercise intervention,the evaluation methods of executive function have been developed very maturely.This study collected 58 domestic studies related to executive function of exercise intervention,reviewed the evaluation methods of executive function,including the overall evaluation methods of behavioral evaluation of executive deficit syndrome and trail making test paradigm,as well as the main evaluation methods of each sub-function.It included Flanker paradigm,Stroop paradigm,N-back paradigm,More-odd Shifting paradigm and secondary evaluation methods.The application of each evaluation method was analyzed from the aspects of subjects,intervention exercise type,intervention exercise form,exercise intensity,and so on.The shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods and their future development directions were discussed,in order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing research and provide theoretical basis for the following researchers to adopt evaluation methods.
