穴位埋线治疗早泄的疗效观察及对阴茎头部振动感觉阈值的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察穴位埋线治疗早泄的临床疗效及对患者阴茎头部振动感觉阈值的影响。方法 将66例早泄患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组行穴位埋线治疗,对照组口服帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后患者早泄诊断量表(premature ejaculation diagnostic tool,PEDT)评分、阴道内射精潜伏时间(intravaginal ejaculation latency time,IELT)以及阴茎头部震动感觉阈值(vibration perception threshold,VPT)的变化。结果 治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IELT及阴茎头部VPT均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PEDT评分较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋线能提高早泄患者阴茎头部震动感觉阈值,延长患者的阴道内射精潜伏时间,疗效优于口服帕罗西汀治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut-embedding therapy in the treatment of premature ejaculation and its effect on the vibration sensory threshold of glans penis.Method Sixty-six patients with premature ejaculation were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with catgut-embedding therapy,and the control group was treated with Paroxetine.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT) score,intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT) and vibration perception threshold(VPT) of glans peniswere observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Result The total response rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IELT and VPT of glans penis in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and they were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PEDT score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PEDT score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Catgut-embedding therapy can improve the vibration sensory threshold of glans penis and prolong the latency time of vaginal ejaculation in patients with premature ejaculation,and its curative effect is better than oral Paroxetine treatment.
