摘 要:铅酸蓄电池以技术成熟、成本低、安全可靠和材料回收率高等优势,广泛应用于电网储能、电信通讯、交通运输等领域。然而,铅酸蓄电池正极板栅的腐蚀问题,严重制约了其服役寿命。针对正极板栅腐蚀这一行业共性问题,讨论了正极板栅腐蚀机理,并从合金添加剂、导电涂层、电解液添加剂等方面,总结了近年来提升正极板栅耐腐蚀性能的研究进展,为发展高性能铅酸蓄电池技术提供改良思路,并展望了未来研发所面临的关键问题和攻关方向。Lead-acid batteries are widely used in power-grid energy storage,telecommunication,transportation and other fields with the advantages of mature technology,low cost,high safety and reliability,and high material recovery rate.However,the corrosion of the positive grid of lead-acid batteries seriously restricts their service life.Aiming at the key problem of positive grid corrosion,this paper discussed the corrosion mechanism,and summarized the research advance in improving the corrosion resistance of positive grid in recent years from the aspects of alloy additives,conductive coatings,electrolyte additives,etc.It prospects the key problems and directions for future research and development,and provides the potential solutions for the development of high-performance lead-acid battery.
