摘　　要：唐宋时期茶风盛行,通过对唐宋时期“茶药”相关的医药文献进行考证与分析,不仅挖掘与整理了茶叶的医药作用,将茶正式列入官修本草,还出现了大量药茶方剂,收入唐宋众多大型医药方书中。传统茶文化和传统中医药学不断融合与创新,形成与丰富了茶药文化,产生了以药代茶、药茶方剂、茶法引入医药制服法、药茶诸方、药茶宜忌等内容。唐宋时期的茶疗文化在中国文化史上具有积极影响和重要地位,为现代茶疗文化的发展亦提供了借鉴和启示。According to investigation and analysis of tea-medicine related literature in Tang and Song dynasties when tea prevailed,the medical role of tea was excavated and sorted out,tea was recorded in the officially compiled Materia Medica,and a large number of medicinal tea prescriptions appeared in several large-scale formularies.Traditional tea culture keeps bringing up integration and innovation into traditional Chinese medicine,forming and enriching the tea-medicine culture,and generating concepts such as substitution of medicine for tea,prescription names with tea,introduction of tea administration into medicine processing and taking,prescriptions of medicinal tea,contraindications of medicinal tea,etc.Tea therapy in the Tang and Song dynasties takes an important status and positive influence in the history of Chinese culture,which can provide reference and inspiration for the further development of modern tea therapy culture.
