金融支持中小微企业发展的马克思经济学分析

摘　　要：解决中小微企业融资难是一项长期性、综合性、系统性工程。从融资难的角度对金融支持中小微企业发展进行了马克思经济学分析。研究发现,对于不断扩大生产规模的中小微企业而言,生产规模的扩大引致较大的融资需求,而中国资本市场体系发展不完善使其融资需求无法得到满足,应通过建立健全多层次资本市场体系支持这类中小微企业的发展;对于采用简单商品生产方式的中小微企业而言,无数偶然事件引发的再生产中断促使其产生强烈的融资需求,这类中小微企业风险较高且不是现代信用体系服务的对象,导致融资需求无法得到满足,应通过减少融资需求的产生来解决这类中小微企业的融资难题。Solving the financing dfficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises is a long-term,comprehensive and systematic project.From the perspective of financing difficulties,Marx's economic analysis of financial support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is carried out.The study found that for small and medium-sized enterprises that continue to expand their production scale,the expansion of production scale leads to greater financing needs,and the imperfect development of China's capital market system makes their financing needs unable to be met.We should establish and improve a multi-level capital market system to support the development of such small and medium-sized enterprises.For small and medium-sized enterprises that adopt simple commodity production methods,the interruption of reproduction caused by numerous accidental events has prompted them to have strong financing needs.Such small and medium-sized enterprises have high risks and are not the objects of modern credit system services,resulting in financing needs.Can not be met,we should solve the financing problems of such small and medium-sized enterprises by reducing the generation of financing needs.
