“十三五”期间连云港市化工园区环境质量变化及对策分析

摘　　要：连云港市现有的4个化工园区所含化工企业多,废水、废气、固废等污染物排放量较大,社会对园区生态环境关注度高,通过监测数据的分析,为进一步提升连云港市化工园区环境质量提供参考。通过对“十三五”期间连云港市化工园区环境监测数据的统计,环境空气采用秩相关系数法分析,地表水、近岸海域采用单因子浓度比较法分析。结果表明:“十三五”期间连云港市化工园区环境质量得到一定的改善,但仍有部分指标存在上升趋势。通过系统分析发现,仍然存在环保基础设施仍不完善、环境管理执行不到位、产业结构和能源结构不合理等问题,对此有针对性的提出改善对策,为连云港市环境保护提供参考。The four existing chemical parks in Lianyungang City contain many chemical enterprises with large emissions of pollutantssuch as wastewater,waste gas and solid waste,and the society is highly concerned about the ecological environment of the parks.Through the analysis of monitoring data,it can provide a reference for further improving the environmental quality of Lianyungang Chemical Industrial Park.Through the statistics of environmental monitoring data of Lianyungang Chemical Industrial Park during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the ambient air was analyzed by the rank correlation coefficient method,and the surface water and near-shore sea area were analyzed by the single factor concentration comparison method.The results showed that the environmental quality of Lianyungang Chemical Industrial Park has been improved to a certain extent during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,but some indicators still have an increasing trend.Through systematic analysis,it is found that there are still problems such as imperfect environmental protection infrastructure,inadequate implementation of environmental management,unreasonable industrial structure and energy structure,etc.In this regard,targeted improvement countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for environmental protection in Lianyungang City.
