摘 要:针对后处理厂工艺气体碘吸附单元无法进行定期性能检测的问题,根据后处理厂的特殊气氛条件,对比了碘吸附单元性能评价的三种方法:放射性甲基碘法、氟利昂法和环己烷法,充分讨论后建议优先考虑使用改进后的放射性甲基碘法进行后处理厂碘吸附器定期效率试验,配合采用氟利昂法或环己烷法在碘吸附器更换后短时间内进行机械泄漏率检测,快速判断其安装情况,并针对后处理厂特殊的气氛环境,对放射性甲基碘法的使用提出了一些改进意见。Aiming at the problem that the process gas iodine adsorption unit of the spent-fuel reprocessing plant cannot be used for regular performance testing,three methods for evaluating the performance of the iodine adsorption unit according to the special atmosphere conditions of the reprocessing plant were compared,including radioactive methyl iodide method,freon method and cyclohexanone method.After full discussion,it is recommended to give priority to the use the improved radioactive methyl iodide method for the periodic performance test of the iodine adsorber in the reprocessing plant.In addition,freon method and cyclohexane method were used to detect the mechanical leakage rate of the iodine adsorber to quickly determine its performance after replacement.In view of the special atmosphere of reprocessing plant,some suggestions for improving the use of radioactive methyl iodine method were put forward.
