摘 要:进气道喷射汽油发动机喷射模式分为开阀喷射(Open Valve Injection,OVI)和闭阀喷射,而OVI技术在一定条件下可降低发动机排放的颗粒数量(Particle Number,PN)。阐述了OVI技术改善PN排放的原理与OVI系统的开发流程,提出了一种OVI系统的控制逻辑和标定方法,研究了喷射时刻对PN排放特性的影响,试验验证了该控制逻辑下的OVI技术在改善PN排放方面的有效性与OVI系统的可靠性。The injection mode of intake port injection for gasoline engine is divided into open valve injection(OVI)and close valve injection(CVI),and OVI technology can reduce the particle number(PN)of engine emission under certain conditions.The principle of OVI technology in improving PN emission and the development process of OVI system were described,a control logic and calibration method of OVI system was proposed,the influence of injection timing on PN emission was studied,and finally the experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness of OVI technology in improving PN emission and the reliability of OVI system under this control logic.
