摘 要:利用姿态角度传感器可以监测公路边坡、山体等可能会发生的塌方、滑坡、泥石流等自然灾害,也可以用来监测边坡变形。提出基于嵌入式技术、4G无线网络和三维姿态角度传感器的公路边坡监测传感系统与设计,作为边坡发生自然灾害而导致变形时的有力数据支持。设计并构建了一套完整的公路边坡监测系统,主要包括STM32单片机最小系统、姿态角度传感器、4G无线网络,锂亚电池供电等部分。为了满足系统低功耗要求,供电电池可以持续工作一年以上,利用传感器定时采集边坡角度信息,通过单片机与4G无线网络将采集到的信息进行解算,输出当前设备X、Y、Z轴的姿态角度,定时上传至阿里云服务器,通过上位机UI显示设计,可以将角度信息与电池电量准确无误地呈现出来,并对边坡稳态做出判断,完成实验对整个系统进行可行性验证。旨在利用物联网技术实现公路边坡全天侯无人监测以及远距离数据传输功能,从而保证公路的稳定通行。The attitude angle sensor can be used to monitor landslides,landslides,debris flows and other natural disasters that may occur on highway slopes and mountains,and can be used to monitor slope deformation.This paper proposes a highway slope monitoring sensor system and design based on embedded technology,4G wireless network and 3D attitude angle sensor,which can be used as a powerful data support for slope deformation caused by natural disasters.A complete highway slope monitoring system is designed and constructed,which mainly includes STM32 microcontroller minimum system,attitude angle sensor,4G wireless network,lithium sub-battery power supply and other parts.In order to meet the requirements of low power consumption of the system and make the power supply battery work for more than one year,the sensor is used to collect the slope angle information regularly,and the collected information is calculated through the MCU and 4G wireless network.The attitude angle of the current device X,Y and Z axis is output regularly and uploaded to the Ali Cloud server.The UI display design of the upper computer is adopted.The angle information and battery capacity can be accurately presented,and the steady state of the slope can be judged,and the feasibility of the whole system can be verified by the experiment.This paper aims to use the Internet of Things technology to realize the highway slope all day long monitoring and long-distance data transmission function,so as to ensure the stability of highway traffic.
