摘 要:可再生能源大规模并网,给电力系统安全运行带来了严峻的挑战。需求侧资源(如电动汽车、空调)具有巨大的需求响应潜力,能够参与电网有功调度,积极消纳可再生能源。因此,提出了考虑响应意愿的电动汽车-空调集群需求响应策略。首先,考虑价格、荷电状态及温度等多重因素的影响,基于Takagi-Sugeno-Kang模糊模型量化了电动汽车群和空调集群的响应意愿,采用三角隶属度函数描述意愿的不确定性。在此基础上,建立了电动汽车-空调集群响应潜力评估模型,获取集群需求响应的可调度裕度。然后,考虑价格型需求响应负荷、风光发电以及响应意愿的不确定性,建立了激励型需求响应策略模型。根据模糊机会约束规划理论,将模糊期望约束和模糊机会约束转化为确定性的清晰等价形式。最后,通过算例仿真分析验证了模型的有效性和可行性。The large-scale renewable energy grid-connection has brought a great challenge to the safe operation of power systems.Demand side resources(such as electric vehicles and air conditioners)have great demand response potential and can participate in the active power dispatching of the power grid and actively absorb renewable energy.Therefore,this paper proposes a demand response strategy for electric vehicles and air conditioners considering response willingness.First,considering the influence of multiple factors such as price,state of charge and temperature,the response willingness of electric vehicles and air conditioners is quantified based on the Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy model,and the uncertainty of willingness is described by a triangular membership function.Then a response potential evaluation model of the electric vehicle and air conditioners is established to obtain a schedulable margin of the cluster demand response.Then,considering the uncertainty of price demand response load,wind power generation and response willingness,an incentive demand response strategy model is established.From fuzzy chance constraint programming theory,the fuzzy expectation constraint and the fuzzy chance constraint are transformed into a clear equivalent form of certainty.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the model are verified by numerical simulation.
