摘 要:地下互通立交受工法工艺的影响,在周围环境敏感、节点复杂的情况下,存在较大的施工风险。以上海漕宝路快速路穿越外环线(S20)节点为工程背景,对S20外环节点的周边环境进行介绍,通过对工程所涉及的深基坑开挖、盾构掘进和顶管施工的风险辨识,提出了该工程的5大类风险:主线及地下互通立交深基坑开挖风险、盾构近距离穿越S20跨线桥桩基础风险、大断面顶管穿越S20施工风险、基坑上跨轨道交通L9施工风险、施工对周边环境影响风险。同时,针对前述5大类风险进行施工风险控制措施的总结,可为类似工程提供相关经验。Under the influence of construction method and technology,underground interchange has great construction risk when the surrounding environment is sensitive and the joints are complicated.Taking the Shanghai Caobao Road Expressway crossing the Outer-Ring Road(S20)node as the engineering background,the surrounding environment of the S20 Outer-Ringnode is introduced.Through risk identification of deep foundation pit excavation,shield tunneling&pipe jacking construction involved in the project,five major risks of the project are proposed:deep foundation pit excavation risk of main line&underground interchange,pile foundation risk of shield crossing S20 bridge in short distance,construction risk of large section pipe jacking crossing S20,construction risk of trans-rail transit L9 on foundation pit,and construction impact risk on the surrounding environment.At the same time,a summary of construction risk control measures for the five major types of risks mentioned above can provide relevant experience for similar projects.
