摘 要:高校年鉴编撰是我国高等院校必须积极实践和探讨的工作,同时也是中国大学生文化的重要组成部分,传播大学文化的重要载体,其未来发展也必然体现中国大学文化的特色。当前,中国高校年鉴编撰工作广泛关注的问题主要有信息内容是否严格、信息内容可利用率和编撰的时间等,而极少或甚至完全不关注高校年鉴的社会文化服务属性,从而造成了高校年鉴的有关功能意义不能得以发挥。该文在分析高校年鉴编撰传统机制及存在问题的基础上,总结年鉴编撰相关工作经验,论述高校年鉴编撰工作的机制创新和实践路径问题,认为通过重新定位部门职能、优化编撰流程,可以有效提升高校年鉴为大学生文化服务的水平,以保持高校年鉴的生机和活力。The compilation of university yearbooks is a work that Chinese higher education institutions must actively practice and explore.It is also an important component of Chinese university culture and an important carrier for disseminating university culture.Its future development must also reflect the characteristics of Chinese university culture.At present,the main issues of widespread concern in the compilation of university yearbooks in China are whether the information content is strict,the availability of information content,and the compilation time.However,little or even no attention is paid to the social and cultural service attributes of university yearbooks,resulting in the inability to fully play the relevant functional significance of university yearbooks.Based on the analysis of the traditional mechanism and existing problems in the compilation of university yearbooks,this paper summarizes the relevant work experience in the compilation of university yearbooks,discusses the mechanism innovation and practical path of university yearbooks compilation,and believes that by repositioning the functions of departments and optimizing the compilation process,the level of university yearbooks serving the culture of college students can be effectively improved,so as to maintain the vitality and vitality of university yearbooks.
