滑石粉填充热致液晶聚合物材料的性能研究

摘  要:采用1250目和3000目两种滑石粉对热致液晶聚合物进行填充改性,比较两者纯填充与不同复配比例填充的尺寸稳定性、机械性能及表面发尘性能。结果发现,纯1250目滑石粉填充时,机械性能优异,但尺寸稳定性、表面发尘性能更差;纯3000目滑石粉填充时,正好相反,机械性能更差,但尺寸稳定性、表面发尘性能更优;最后综合比较多个不同复配比例,得到两者复配比例为1∶1时,可以获得一款尺寸稳定性高、机械性能优异、表面发尘性能优良的热致液晶聚合物材料。Thermotropic liquid crystal polymer was filled with 1250 mesh talcum powder and 3000 mesh talcum powder,and the dimensional stability,mechanical properties and surface dusting properties of pure filling and different compounding ratios were co MPared.The results show that the mechanical properties of pure 1250 mesh talcum powder are excellent,but the dimensional stability and surface dusting properties are worse.When pure 3000 mesh talcum powder is filled,on the contrary,the mechanical properties are worse,but the dimensional stability and surface dusting properties are better;Finally,by co MParing several different compounding ratios,it is concluded that a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer material with high dimensional stability,excellent mechanical properties and excellent surface dusting performance can be obtained when the compounding ratio is 1∶1.
