盐酸缬更昔洛韦合成条件的研究

摘  要:以更昔洛韦为原料,经单乙酰化,缩合,水解,氢化还原四个步骤合成盐酸缬更昔洛韦,并讨论了反应时间,反应温度,投料比例等因素对反应的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验,改进了反应条件,提高了产率,总收率达到37.62%。Valganciclovir hydrochloride was synthesized from ganciclovir by four steps of monoacetylation,condensation,hydrolysis and hydrogenation reduction.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,feeding ratio and other factors on the reaction were discussed.Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the reaction conditions were improved and the yield was increased,and the total yield reached 37.62%.
