摘 要:木质纤维素资源化利用特别是生物乙醇的制取一直以来受到人们的广泛关注。在此过程,一般包括预处理、酶解、发酵三个阶段。然而预处理阶段的成本占生产生物乙醇总成本达20%。近来,许多研究表明臭氧预处理法具有操作简单、反应条件温和(常温、常压下)以及对木质素选择性去除等优点,是一种具有很大潜力的预处理方法。本文主要对臭氧预处理技术的基本原理以及研究现状进行综述,首先重点回顾了在预处理过程中直接氧化和间接氧化的反应途径以及它们之间的区别,接着对近几年来臭氧预处理对象的情况以及未来的趋势进行介绍,最后总结了不同反应装置的优缺点。Utilization of lignocellulose especially for the bio-ethanol production has attracted much attention in this year.The conversion mainly involves there processes:pretreatment of lignocellulose,enzymatic hydrolysis of carbohydrate in pretreated lignocellulose and fermentation of the sugars in hydrolysate to ethanol through yeast or bacterial.Unfortunately,the second stage represents up to 20%of the total production costs.Recently,the ozonolysis pretreatment with the advantages,such as,simple operation,mild reaction condition(room temperature and pressure)and selective removing lignin have proven to have a great potential in processing biomass.The present paper mainly introduces and discusses the mechanism and research stage of ozonolysis pretreatment.Firstly,the path way of direct or indirect reaction are retrospect in detail,the difference between of them will be also discussed.Moreover,the different types of biomass treated by ozonation are presented from now to future.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of diverse reactors are also concluded in this paper.
