摘 要:磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_(4))材料由于价格低廉、循环性能良好和热稳定性高等特点,受到了市场的广泛关注。然而,材料也存在着容量难以完全发挥、倍率性能较差和加工性能差等缺陷,阻碍了材料的进一步推广应用。基于此,我们通过水热法制备了一系列不同铈(Ce)掺杂量的LiFePO_(4),并考察其电化学和材料加工性能。结果显示:Ce掺入量为0.5%的LiFePO_(4)的电化学性能明显改善,同时材料加工性能也得到显著改善,其出料粘度为9874 mPa·s,恢复率为94.1%,压实密度为2.496 g·cm^(-3)。形貌表征结果表明掺杂Ce后的LiFePO_(4)(尤其是Ce掺入量为0.5%),颗粒尺寸增大,球形度提升,颗粒之间的粘连程度得到改善,并且出现不同大小颗粒分布的特点。这些变化可能共同导致Ce掺杂LiFePO_(4)材料加工性能的提升。Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4))material has received widespread attention due to its low price,excellent cycling performance and thermal stability,etc.However,some defects including low discharge capacity,poor rate performance and poor processing performance,which hinder its further application.Herein,a series of LiFePO_(4) with different Ce doping amounts were prepared by using hydrothermal method,and the electrochemical performance and material processing performance were investigated for these materials.The results show that electrochemical performance is significantly improved for LiFePO_(4) with 0.5%Ce addition,and processing performance of this material is improved,simultaneously.The discharge viscosity is 9874 mPa·s,the recovery rate is 94.1%,and the compaction density is 2.496 g·cm^(-3).Morphology characterization results indicate that Ce doping(especially with a Ce doping amount of 0.5%)leads to an increase in particle size,improvement in sphericity,less adhesion between particles,and gradation feature of particle size.These changes may collectively promote an improvement in processing performance for Ce doped LiFePO_(4).
