摘 要:针对现有的油田钻井压裂返排液的水处理工艺普遍存在处理成本高,处理效果差,设备维护量大且无法做到连续处理等问题,基于对压裂返排液水质及主要组分的分析结果,建立一套以去除有机物(COD)并有效降低废水总溶解性固体(TDS)的处理方法,本方法核心工艺为气浮+混凝沉淀+浸没式超滤+电渗析+MBR+STRO+DTRO的联合处理工艺。通过实际工程项目处理结果,使压裂返排液在处理后能够达到工业企业回用水水质要求并满足废水回用率的要求,同时大幅度降低膜系统维护及损坏更换的工作量,进一步优化项目运行成本。In view of the problems of high treatment cost,poor treatment effect,large amount of equipment maintenance and inability to achieve continuous treatment in the existing water treatment process of oilfield drilling and fracturing backflow fluid,based on the analysis results of the water quality and main components of fracturing backflow fluid,a set of treatment methods to remove organic matter(COD)and effectively reduce the total dissolved solids(TDS)of wastewater are established,The core process of this method is the combined treatment process of air flotation+coagulation sedimentation+submerged ultrafiltration+electrodialysis+MBR+STRO+DTRO.Through the treatment results of actual engineering projects,the fracturing backflow fluid can meet the requirements of industrial enterprises for water quality and wastewater reuse rate after treatment,and greatly reduce the workload of membrane system maintenance and damage replacement,and further optimize the project operation cost.
