摘  要:目的:建立益母丸高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)特征图谱法,为益母丸质量控制和评价提供新参考。方法:采用HPLC法,选择Waters X-Bridge C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长254nm,进样量10μL。以藁本内酯峰作为参照峰,绘制24批益母丸样品HPLC特征图谱,将数据导入《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2012.1版)计算相似度,采用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行聚类分析。结果:24批益母丸样品HPLC特征图谱有15个共有特征峰,除一批样品外,其余样品相似度均大于0.900,聚类分析结果与相似度结果基本一致。结论:该研究方法可为益母丸质量控制和评价提供新借鉴。Objective:To establish the characteristic chromatogram method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for Yimu Wan,so as to provide new reference for quality control and evaluation of Yimu Wan.Methods:A Waters X-bridge C18 column was selected for HPLC,and gradient elution was performed using methanol-0.1%glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and injection volume was 10μL.Taking ligustilide peak as the reference,the HPLC chromatograms of 24 batches of Yimu Wan samples were drawn,and the similarity was calculated by the TCM chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2012.1 edition),cluster analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 software.Results:There were 15 common characteristic peaks in the HPLC chromatograms of 24 batches of Yimu Wan samples.Except for one sample,the similarity was greater than 0.900,and the cluster analysis results are basically consistent with the similarity results.Conclusion:The research method can provide new reference for the quality control and quality evaluation of Yimu Wan.
