摘  要:学生“被动式”学习模式及教师“重科研、轻教学”教学态度,使得部分大学本科生的创新意识不强及理论基础薄弱。大学生创新训练项目是一类学生自身申报、实施及完成的科研项目。在项目实施阶段,指导老师的全程参与和指导有助于老师转变教学方式及主体意识,同时有助于学生培养学习、思考及应用能力,拓展理论知识,提升学生的实验技能及科研素养,提高学生的原因分析及成果总结能力。Most of undergraduates have weak innovation awareness and poor theoretical foundation because of their passive learning style and the teacher’s attitude of emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching.The innovation training program for undergraduates is a type of scientific research project that students apply for,implement,and complete on their own.During the implementation stage of the innovation training program,the teacher’s participation and guidance contributes the teachers to changing the teaching methods and the subject awareness,and the students to developing the learning,thinking and applying abilities,to expanding the theoretical knowledge,to improving the experimental skills,scientific research literacy,and the ability of analysis and summary.
