摘　　要：以燕京理工学院制药工程专业为例,通过校企委员会召开专业研讨会,对制药类实践新体系进行了构建研究。该实践体系包括线下实验、虚拟仿真实践、双创学科竞赛、企业实习,并有校企、校内院系、校内外资源等多方协同,并进行专创融合,突出“以学生为中心,以企业为主导、教师为教学主体、学生为学习和实践主体”、“以虚拟仿真实践为中心,以线下实验、双创能力设计比赛、企业实习为三主体”的双重“一中心、三主体”特点,对学生进行双创能力培养。在实践体系中通过建立产业学院、新型实践教学师资队伍、虚拟实践教研室、虚拟现代制药技术开发工作室等专门团队或组织推动各种实践教学。同时,通过“督导机制、任务机制、联络机制、考核机制”等机制对该实践体系进行监管。Take the pharmaceutical engineering major of Yanching Institute of technology as an example,the university enterprise committee held a professional seminar to study the construction of a new system of pharmaceutical practice.The practice system includes offline experiment,virtual simulation practice,mass entrepreneurship and innovation discipline competition,enterprise practice,and the cooperation of many parties such as school enterprises,internal departments,internal and external resources.The integration of specialty and innovation is also carried out to highlight the dual“one center,three subjects”characteristics of“students as the center,enterprises as the leading role,teachers as the main body of teaching,students as the main body of learning and practice”,“virtual simulation practice as the center,offline experiment,innovation and entrepreneurship design competition,and enterprise practice as the three main bodies”,so as to cultivate students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.In the practice system,various kinds of practice teaching are promoted through the establishment of special teams or organizations,such as industrial colleges,new practice teaching teachers,virtual practice teaching and research rooms,virtual modern pharmaceutical technology development studios,etc.At the same time,the practice system is supervised through“supervision mechanism,task mechanism,liaison mechanism,assessment mechanism”and other mechanisms.
