Environmental Restoration and Cultural Reconstruction:The Dual Ecological Significance of Contemporary Youth Returning to Hometowns——Based on the Investigation of Guanba Village Mupi Tibetan Autonomous Township,Pingwu County,Mianyang City in Sichuan Province

摘　　要：通过对四川省绵阳市平武县木皮藏族自治乡关坝村的脱贫振兴之路进行调研,探究青年返乡的作用和意义。研究发现,在生态环境方面,返乡青年带领村民从事生态保护、发展绿色产业,解决了保护与发展的矛盾,通过圈层治理、集体决策来汇聚共识,达成集体行动。在文化生态方面,返乡青年有意识地恢复和传承传统文化,并通过组织村民开展集会和传统民俗活动等重建了共同体的文化生态。Through the investigation of the road of poverty alleviation and revitalization of Guanba Village Mupi Tibetan Autonomous Township Pingwu County Mianyang City Sichuan Province this paper explores the role and significance of youth returning to their hometowns.The findings of the study reveal that in terms of ecological environment the returning youth have led villagers to engage in ecological protection and the development of green industries thus solving the contradiction between protection and development.They have achieved consensus through stratified governance and collective decision-making leading to collective action.In terms of cultural ecology the returning youth have consciously worked towards the restoration and preservation of traditional culture and have rebuilt the cultural ecology of the community by organizing villagers to carry out gatherings and traditional folk activities.
