新时代大学生入党动机多元性问题探析

摘　　要：高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命,是培养共产党员的重要阵地。入党动机直接关系到大学生能否顺利入党、关系到党的先进性以及纯洁性。伴随着近年来大学生申请入党人数的持续上升,入党动机呈现出现实驱动型、随波逐流型、爱慕虚荣型以及消极被动型多元化趋势,给高校党建工作带来了一定的挑战。对此,高校应通过正面教育端正入党动机、注重对不良入党动机的引导、严格入党程序管理、加强高校党建队伍建设等途径解决大学生入党动机多元性问题。Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country,and are an im-portant place for cultivating Communist Party members.The motivation to join the Party is directly related to whether college students can join it smoothly and to the Party's advancement and purity.W ith the continuous increase in the number of college students applying to join the Party in recent years,the motivation to join it has shown a diversified trend that is realistic-driven,drifting with the tide,vanity and negative-passive,posing certain challenges to the Party construction work in colleges and universities.In this regard,collges and univer-sities should solve the problem through positive education,a focus on the guidance of bad motivation,strict management of the procedure for joining the party,and a strengthening of the party construction team.
