摘　　要：本文总结1例慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期继发甲状旁腺功能亢行甲状旁腺全切联合自体前臂移植术的围手术期护理经验,包括制定针对性护理计划、术前护理、中医特色护理技术、术后护理及出院宣教等。通过中西医结合护理干预,能有效预防术后并发症,改善患者负性情绪,提高治疗的依从性,促进患者康复。This paper summarized the perioperative nursing of a patient undergoing total para-thyroidectomy with subcutaneous autotransplantation for secondary hyperparathyroidism.Key issues of perioperative nursing included targeted nursing plan,preoperative nursing,Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques,postoperative nursing and health education before discharge.Application of integrated nursing interventions could prevent the postoperative complications,relieve negative emotion,and improve the treatment compliance and postoperative recovery of the patient.
