耳穴压豆治疗戒烟后失眠1例护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例耳穴压豆治疗戒烟后失眠患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上,给予患者耳穴压豆治疗,并指导患者正确的耳穴按压方法,确保治疗效果。同时每日进行睡眠监测,为后续的睡眠评分积累数据。经过2周的干预,患者睡眠时间延长,睡眠质量提升,情绪较前稳定,戒烟后失眠症状得到明显缓解。This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing man-agement for a patient with insomnia after quitting smoking.In addition to routine nursing,auricu-lar acupoint pressing therapy and related health education were carried out.The sleep monitoring was conducted for the data analysis of sleep quality assessment.Sleep time of the patient was significantly prolonged and sleep quality of the patient was improved after a 2-week intervention.The insomnia symptom after quitting smoking was effectively relieved.
