双翼布局低雷诺数气动干扰效应

摘  要:为了进一步探索双翼布局总体气动特性随两翼之间相对几何位置的变化规律,在前期风洞实验的基础上,以具有较大厚度的NACA0030翼型为基准模型,设计了一系列具有不同几何特征的双翼布局。随后,基于混合网格和雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程,采用自主发展的流场求解器对这些双翼布局开展了非定常数值模拟工作,详细地探索了低雷诺数Re=1.20×10^(5)流动情况下双翼之间的弦向相对位置、法向相对位置对双翼布局流场涡流结构和总体气动特性的影响规律。分析结果表明,双翼之间距离越近,气动干扰效应越显著。当弦向相对距离小于1.2、法向相对距离小于0.8时,双翼之间气动干扰效应较明显。相对于弦向距离,法向位置对气动特性的影响更为显著。通过设计合理的相对几何位置,相对于单翼布局,双翼布局的总体气动效率可提高50%,因此双翼布局可以作为未来低雷诺数飞行器的气动设计选择方案。Due to the strong aerodynamic interaction between the two airfoils,the aerodynamic characteristics of tandem configuration is obviously different from single airfoil at low Reynolds number.To further explore the aerodynamic features of tandem configurations with respect to the relative geometric positions,on account of the preliminarily conducted wind tunnel experiments,unsteady computational simulations on a group of tandem configurations from NACA0030 have been carried out using the inhouse codes based on hybrid grid and Reynolds averaged NavierStokes equations,and the effects of spacing and stagger on general aerodynamic characteristics and vortex structure in flow field were compared and presented quantitatively in low Reynolds number regime(Re=1.2×10^(5)).The final results demonstrate that when the relative chordwise distance is less than 1.2 and the relative normal distance is less than 0.8,the aerodynamic interference effect of the two airfoils is more significant.And the closer the distance between the two airfoils is,the more severe the aerodynamic interaction effect is.Comparing with the stagger,the spacing effect is more significant.By designing a reasonable spacing and stagger,the aerodynamic efficiency of tandem configuration could be greatly increased by 50%comparing to single configuration.Therefore,tandem configuration can be used as an aerodynamic design solution for future micro aerial vehicle in low Reynolds number regimes.
