摘　　要：国际经济走廊是指两个或两个以上的国家(地区)以跨境交通基础设施为纽带,以投资贸易、产能合作和人文交流为重点,以贸易投资便利化机制和制度安排为保障,以沿线及其吸引范围内的大中城市为依托,促进沿线地区经济要素自由流动集聚、产业优势互补和经济协同发展的国际经济合作模式。国际经济走廊具有合作主体的多元性、跨境通道的高度依赖性、合作领域的多样性、非经济因素的强度约束性等几个基本特性。国际经济走廊建设是一项系统工程,作为合作重点的基础设施、经贸和人文交流等领域的项目建设具有很强的关联性和相互影响。中巴经济走廊建设的实践证明,国家间的政治互信和战略对接、科学的建设规划、因国制宜的合作方向和建设重点选择、各领域项目建设协同推进和国家间的政策沟通对国际经济走廊建设至关重要。未来必须从国家、区域、领域、项目四个层面搭建立体化的机制,保障“一带一路”建设项目协同推进和经济走廊合作模式的顺利实施。International economic corridor refers to the mode of international economic cooperation in which two or more countries(regions)promote the free flow and agglomeration of economic factors,complementary industrial advantages and coordinated economic development.The international economic corridor focuses on investment and trade,production capacity cooperation and culture exchanges,takes trade and investment facilitation mechanism and institutional arrangement as the guarantee.International economic corridor has several basic characteristics,such as the diversity of cooperation subjects,the high dependence of cross-border channels,the diversity of cooperation fields,and the intensity constraint of non-economic factors.The construction of international economic corridor is a systematic project.The construction of infrastructure,economic and trade exchanges,cultural exchanges and other important projects or fields,as the key areas of cooperation,have strong relevance and mutual influence.The practice of the construction of the China-Pakistan economic corridor has proved that it is crucial for the international economy corridor construction of political mutual trust and strategic docking between countries,scientific construction planning,cooperation directions selections,coordinated advancement of project construction in various fields,and policy communication between countries.In the future,a three-dimensional mechanism must be established from the four levels of country,region,field,and project to ensure the coordinated promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative construction project and the smooth implementation of the economic corridor cooperation model.
