摘　　要：基于地级市面板数据,实证检验了数字经济发展对南北经济增长差距的影响、作用机制。研究发现,数字经济发展显著扩大了南北经济增长差距,即北方弱化了数字经济的增长效应,这一结论在替换关键解释变量、内生性处理、删减样本等一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;数字经济对南北经济增长差距的影响在人力资本水平低、产业结构低级的地区更大。进一步的机制分析表明,就业、绿色技术创新是数字经济影响南北差距的主要中介机制,即数字经济产生集聚效应,吸引劳动力、技术创新要素向南方地区流动,提高数字技术在产业中的吸收和运用程度。进一步研究发现,数字经济吸引高端要素如创新向发达城市集聚,而传统要素如资本向欠发达城市回流。基于以上结论,从加大数字经济投入力度、加快产业数字化转型、加强区域间协作与交流等几个方面提出政策建议。Based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities,this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on the North-South economic gap.It is found that the development of digital economy significantly expands the gap between the north and the south,that is,the north weakens the growth effect of digital economy.This conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests,such as replacing key explanatory variables,endogeneity processing and sample deletion.The impact of digital economy on the North-South economic growth gap is greater in regions with low human capital level and low industrial structure.Further mechanism analysis shows that employment and green technology innovation are the main intermediary mechanisms for digital economy to affect the North-South gap,that is,the digital economy produces agglomeration effect,attracts labor force and technological innovation elements flow to the southern region,and the absorption and application of digital technology in the industry are improved.Further research finds that the digital economy attracts high-end elements as innovation gathers in developed cities,while traditional elements flow back to less developed cities such as capital.Based on the above conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from several aspects,such as increasing investment in digital economy,accelerating the industrial digital transformation,and strengthening inter-regional cooperation and exchanges.
