体育强国建设视域下《体育之研究》的价值旨归与实践指导

摘　　要：建设体育强国作为新时期我国体育工作改革和发展的战略目标,是关乎国计民生和全民健康的百年大计。毛泽东在百年前发表的《体育之研究》一文为建设体育强国提供了历史经验,从体育概念认知、时代地位、文明理念、方法与原则等方面阐述了体育的价值内涵;其强国意蕴在于具有提高国民体质和民族精神、重塑体育教育价值、树立终身体育意识等指导价值。《体育之研究》为新时期建设体育强国提供了实践指导:坚持立德树人的根本指导思想,强化体育发展的人文使命;发挥人民的主体力量,实现体育运动与美好生活的深度融合;加强体育产业要素供给,传承具有民族风格的体育文化活动;坚持走体教融合之路,培育德才兼备的体育人才队伍。As the strategic goal of sports reform and development in China in the new period,the construction of sports power is a century-old project concerning the people’s livelihood and the mass health.Mao Zedong’s A Study of Physical Education,published 100 years ago,provides historical experience for the construction of sports power by expounding the value of sports from the aspects of cognition of sports concept,status in times,civilization idea,method and principle.The implication of its power lies in the guiding values of improving the national consti-tution and national spirit,reshaping the value of physical education and establishing the consciousness of physical education for life.A Study of Physical Education provides practical guidance for the construction of sports power in the new period:to adhere to the fundamental guiding ideology of moral education and strengthen the humanistic mission of sports development;to bring into play the main forces of the people and realize the deep integration of sports and living well;to strengthen the supply of sports industry elements and inheriting sports and cultural activi-ties with national style;to insist on the way of teaching integration,cultivate the talented and virtuous sports team.
