摘 要:经济全球化及“一带一路”倡议为海外工程建设带来了机遇和挑战,如何在保证安全经济的同时达到当地的环保要求是海外工程面临的挑战之一。作为一种有效的挡风防尘措施,防风网被广泛应用于港口码头的堆场建设中。为保证防风网安装、维护的方便,其主体主要采用钢结构,因此,风荷载设计值的确定在设计中至关重要。本文基于海外的实际工程项目,对中国、美国及欧洲规范中防风网风荷载计算的异同进行对比分析,得到合理的风荷载设计值,为类似工程提供经验及参考。Economic globalization and the Belt and Road Initiative have brought opportunities and challenges to the overseas project undertaken by Chinese enterprises.One of the challenges faced by the above contractors is to ensure project safety and economic benefits on the premise of local environmental protection demands being met.As an effective windbreak and dedust measure,windbreak net is widely used in the construction of port stockyard.Steel structure serves as main structure of the windbreak net in order to make the installation and maintenance easier.Therefore,wind load design value plays an important role in the design of windbreak net.Based on several overseas projects,comparative analysis is carried out for the similarities and differences in wind load calculations of windbreak nets specified in Chinese,American and European standards,which leads to reasonable wind load design values,provide experience and reference for similar projects.
