摘  要:依托阜溧高速公路横泾河特大桥工程,针对高速公路全预制装配式桥梁对施工场地、周边环境、施工质量、安全管理及标准化要求高的现状,设计了一种新型的一体化架桥机。同时,提出了适用于预制立柱、盖梁及小箱梁一体化安装的新工艺,实现了全预制装配式桥梁墩梁的同步架设,提高了施工效率和架梁速度。此工艺具有便于现场施工组织、减少地基处理、不受地面及地质制约、高效经济等诸多优点,为全预制装配式桥梁的施工提供借鉴。To meet high requirements of fully prefabricated assembled bridge for the construction site,surrounding environment,construction quality,safety management and standardization,a new type of integrated bridge erecting equipment is designed based on Hengjing River Bridge project of Fu-Li Expressway.In addition,a new technology for integrated installation of prefabricated column,cover beam and small box girder is proposed,which realizes the synchronous erection of abutments and beams,improves the construction efficiency and erection speed.The above process has many advantages such as convenience in construction organization,reduced amount of foundation treatment,being free from ground and geological constraints,high efficiency and low cost.The research will provide a reference for similar projects.
