摘  要:针对某30万t级原油码头项目独立墩式大直径圆筒结构重力式码头深基槽施工存在的特点和难点,存在独立基槽深度超深,相邻基础高差大,岩石厚度超厚,炸礁工程量大,泥岩的岩性复杂等特点,因此,在正式炸礁施工前必须进行典型施工,选择合适的施工设备、爆破参数和爆破材料,确保炸礁施工的一次验收合格,基槽标高和范围满足设计的超深超宽要求。同时部分基坑距离已完工的工作船码头距离较近,爆破施工必须采用相应的保护措施,控制爆破振动的速度小于3 cm/s,保证工作船码头及周边构筑物的安全。In view of the characteristics and difficulties existing in the construction of deep foundation groove of gravity wharf with independent pier type large-diameter cylinder structure in 300000 t crude oil terminal project,including ultra-deep independent foundation groove,large elevation difference of adjacent foundations,ultra-thick rock,large reef blasting amount and complex lithology of mudstone,typical construction must be carried out before reef blasting construction.It is necessary to select appropriate construction equipment,blasting parameters and materials to ensure the reef blasting construction qualified,base groove elevation and range meet the design requirement of ultra-depth and width.At the same time,some foundation pits are close to the completed service boat wharf,the corresponding protection measures must be adopted in the blasting construction,and the blasting vibration speed shall be less than 3 cm/s,which ensures the safety of service boat wharf and surrounding structures.
