摘  要:以某钢铁企业的生产实际为研究对象,分析焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、连铸、轧钢各个工序生产过程的用水情况,构建用水网络图,并通过串级用水和中水回用等理论和技术,提出该钢铁企业各生产工序用水优化措施,为钢铁企业实现废水“零排放”奠定基础。Taking the production practice of an iron and steel enterprise as the research object,the water consumption in the production process of coking,sintering,ironmaking,steelmaking,continuous casting and rolling is analyzed,and the water network diagram is constructed.through the theory and technology of cascade water utilization and reclaimed water reuse,the optimization measures of water use in each production process of an iron and steel enterprise are put forward,which lays a foundation for the realization of zero discharge of waste water in iron and steel enterprises.
