摘 要:针对多机驱动刮板输送机机头及机尾电机功率不平衡问题,结合3506综采工作面现场情况,构建基于电流识别以及变频调速为基础的功率平衡系统,通过机头及机尾电机电流、负载监测调节电机转速,从而实现机头及机尾电机功率平衡。对功率平衡系统结构、控制策略以及控制方式等进行详细分析,并通过模拟分析、现场应用等手段分析功率平衡系统效果。构建的功率平衡系统可明显降低刮板输送机使用过程中机头及机尾电机功率不平衡度,为采面煤炭安全、高效运输创造良好条件。In response to the issue of power imbalance between the head and tail motors of the multi machine driven scraper conveyor,com-bined with the on-site situation of the 3506 fully mechanized mining face,a power balance system based on current identification and variable frequen-cy speed regulation is constructed.By monitoring the current and load of the head and tail motors,the motor speed is adjusted to achieve power bal-ance between the head and tail motors.Conduct a detailed analysis of the power balance system structure,control strategies,and control methods,and analyze the effectiveness of the power balance system through simulation analysis,on-site application,and other means.The power balance system constructed can significantly reduce the power imbalance of the head and tail motors during the use of the scraper conveyor,creating good conditions for safe and efficient transportation of coal in the mining face.
