摘　　要：化工企业在国民经济发展中占据着极为重要的地位,新的时代发展大背景下,加强化工企业的生态环境风险管控,推动化工企业生态友好发展体系的建设,已经成为现阶段我国化工企业发展中的核心任务。基于此,本次研究中,将就化工企业生态友好型企业建设中的企业环境风险评估与应急管理的相关问题进行研究分析,构建新时代化工企业生态环境风险评价与管理工作体系,并以该体系作为基础,制订面对不同生态环境突发事件的应急管理举措。通过以上各项问题的研究,进一步推进生态文明建设下我国化工企业向生态友好型企业转变,让新时代的化工业充分适应并融入社会发展新趋势,为化工企业的可持续发展提供根本性的支持。Chemical enterprises play an extremely important role in the development of the national economy.In the new era of development,strengthening the ecological environment risk management and promoting the construction of an ecological friendly development system for chemical enterprises has become a core task in the development of chemical enterprises in China at this stage.Based on this,in this study,the relevant issues of enterprise environmental risk assessment and emergency management in the construction of ecological friendly enterprises in chemical enterprises will be studied and analyzed,and a new era ecological environmental risk assessment and management system for chemical enterprises will be con-structed.Based on this system,emergency management measures will be formulated to face different ecological environment emergencies.Through the study of the above issues,we will further promote the transformation of China’s chemical enterprises into eco-friendly enterprises under the construc-tion of ecological civilization,allowing the chemical industry in the new era to fully adapt to and integrate into the new trends of social development,and providing fundamental support for the sustainable development of chemical enterprises.
