摘  要:目的利用网络药理学方法探索金鸡胶囊复方治疗盆腔炎的分子机制。方法使用中药系统药理学分析平台搜集金鸡胶囊药方单味药活性成分,Uniprot数据库获取主要活性成分靶基因,Genecards与OMIM数据库中检索盆腔炎相关靶基因,Draw Venny Diagram在线程序获得单味药活性成分治疗盆腔炎的靶基因,Cytoscape 3.7.1软件构建金鸡胶囊-活性化学成分-靶基因-盆腔炎的中药调节网络,DAVID数据库进行京都基因富集分析;Cytoscape 3.7.1绘图。结果获得活性成分75个,与疾病的交集基因靶点101个,信号通路等161条。结论金鸡胶囊治疗盆腔炎呈多成分、多靶基因、多信号途径。Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Jinji capsule compound in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease by network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients of Jinji capsule prescription were collected from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform.The Uniprot database was used to obtain the main active ingredient target genes,and the Genecards and OMIM databases were used to retrieve the pelvic inflammatory disease related target genes,and the Draw Venny Diagram online program was used to obtain the target genes of the single active ingredient for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.In addition,Cytoscape 3.7.1 software was used to construct the herbal regulatory network of Jinji capsule-active chemical composition-target gene-pelvic inflammatory disease,then DAVID database was used for Kyoto gene enrichment analysis,and finally Cytoscape 3.7.1 was mapped.Results 75 active ingredients,101 intersecting gene targets with diseases,161 signaling pathways,etc.were obtained.Conclusion Jinji capsule shows multi-component,multi-target genes and multi-signaling pathways in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
