脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合西替利嗪口服液治疗急性哮喘发作患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的分析脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合西替利嗪口服液治疗急性哮喘发作患儿的临床效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月于该院就诊的104例急性哮喘发作患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为单一组、联合组,每组52例。单一组采用西替利嗪口服液治疗,联合组采用脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合西替利嗪口服液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,以及治疗前及治疗2周后肺功能指标[最大呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-13、IL-6、IL-5、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、抗趋化素样因子-1(CKLF-1)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)水平。结果联合组总有效率为98.08%,明显高于单一组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且联合组高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-13、IL-6、IL-5、TNF-α、CKLF-1、TGF-β1、Gal-3水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合西替利嗪口服液治疗急性哮喘发作患儿临床疗效更高,可有效下调CKLF-1、TGF-β1、Gal-3水平,抑制炎症反应,促进患儿肺功能恢复,增强免疫系统功能。Objective To study the clinical effects of spleen amine peptide oral lyophilized powder in combination with cetirizine oral liquid in the treatment of children with acute asthma attack.Methods A total of 104 children with acute asthma attack who visited the Second People′s Hospital of Xuchang from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the single group and the combined group according to the random number table method,each group with 52 cases.Patients in the single group were treated with cetirizine oral liquid,and patents in the combined group were treated with cetirizine oral liquid combined with spleen amine peptide oral lyophilized powder.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes[maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first 1 second(FEV_(1))],T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-13(IL-13),IL-6,IL-5,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],chemokine-like factor-1(CKLF-1),transformation growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),galectin-3(Gal-3)levels before and after two weeks of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.08%,which was higher than that of the single group(84.62%,P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV_(1),FVC,PEF,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-13,IL-6,IL-5,TNF-α,CKLF-1,TGF-β1 and Gal-3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine oral liquid combined with spleen amine peptide oral lyophilized powder has higher clinical efficacy in treating children with acute asthma attack,which can down-regulate effectively the levels of CKLF-1,TGF-β1 and Gal-3,suppress the inflammatory response,promote the recovery of lung funct
