摘  要:子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)是一种以妊娠期高血压和蛋白尿为特征的血管性疾病,是孕产妇及胎儿死亡的主要病因之一。胎盘在PE的发病中起着核心作用,但其发生机制尚未阐明。非编码RNA功能众多,已有研究表明长链非编码RNA(long non-coding,lncRNA)和微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)可通过影响胎盘滋养层细胞功能对PE的发生与发展产生影响。为此,本研究就lncRNA和miRNA在PE发病机制中的研究进展进行综述,为PE的预防与治疗提供参考。Preeclampsia(PE)is a vascular disease characterized by hypertension and proteinuria during pregnancy and is one of the leading causes of maternal and fetal mortality.The placenta plays a central role in the pathogenesis of PE,but the mechanism of its occurrence has not been elucidated.Non-coding RNAs have numerous functions,and it has been shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)and microRNA(miRNA)can influence the development and progression of PE by affecting placental trophoblast cell function.To this end,this study reviews the research progress of lncRNA and miRNA in the pathogenesis of PE,and provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of PE.
