摘  要:文章从历史和国际两个维度进行考察,对我国出版强国的概念提出和发展演进进行历时性梳理,在此基础上,指出出版强国应以产业维度、事业维度、国际维度、历史维度四方面为考量标准;从强产业、强事业、强对外传播三个维度实现出版强国的战略目标。文章认为,有关出版强国标准的认识应是动态的,是随着国际形势和出版业发展与时俱进的。当下我国要建设的出版强国是新型的出版强国,不仅要有强大的传统出版,还要有强大的数字出版,不仅要有强大的对内服务能力,更要有强大的对外传播能力。This paper examines the concept of China's publishing power and the evolution of development from the historical and international dimensions.On the basis of this,it points out that publishing power should consider the industry dimension,the cause dimension,the international dimension and the historical dimension.From the three dimensions of strong industry,strong cause and strong external communication to achieve the strategic goal of publishing power.The article holds that the understanding of the standards of publishing power should be dynamic and keep pace with the international situation and the development of publishing industry.At present,the publishing power to be built in China is a new type of publishing power,which not only has a strong traditional publishing,but also has a strong digital publishing,not only has a strong internal service ability,but also has a strong external communication ability.
