摘　　要：目的 探讨单切口拇长屈肌转位术治疗MyersonⅢ型陈旧性跟腱断裂的临床效果。方法 选取2017年11月至2020年11月收治的32例MyersonⅢ型陈旧性跟腱断裂患者作为研究对象,均接受单切口拇长屈肌转位术治疗。比较患者术前及末次随访时的美国矫形足踝协会(AOFAS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、跟腱断裂评分(ATRS)评分;分析患者的满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 所有患者均获得随访。末次随访时,两组的AOFAS、ATRS评分均高于术前,VAS评分均低于术前(P<0.05)。患者的满意度为93.75%。术后创面浅表皮缘坏死1例,给予换药处理,口服抗生素14 d,1个月后伤口愈合,其余患者切口均一期愈合。结论 单切口拇长屈肌腱转位术治疗MyersonⅢ型陈旧性跟腱断裂的效果显著,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of single incision pollicis longus transposition in the treatment of MyersonⅢtype old achilles tendon rupture.Methods A total of 32 patients with MyersonⅢtype old achilles tendon rupture admitted from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients treated with single incision pollicis longus transposition.The American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Achilles Tendon Total Rupture Score(ATRS)scores were compared before operation and at the last follow-up.Patient satisfaction and occurrence of complications were analyzed.Results All patients followed up.At the last follow-up,the AOFAS and ATRS scores of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the VAS score was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction was 93.75%.One case of superficial epidermal necrosis of the wound after operation was given dressing change and oral antibiotics for 14 d,the wound healed after 1 month,and the incisions of the other patients healed in the first stage.Conclusion Single incision pollicis longus transposition in the treatment of MyersonⅢtype old achilles tendon rupture has significant effect,and the patients'satisfaction is high.
