面部刮痧联合自拟珍僵汤治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨面部刮痧联合自拟珍僵汤治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者的临床效果。方法 选择2020年5月至2021年11月在陕西省中医医院皮肤科门诊就诊的98例肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各49例。对照组给予自拟珍僵汤治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予面部刮痧治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,治疗组的皮损面积、皮损颜色评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的痛经、烦躁易怒、经前乳房胀痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未发生不良反应。结论 面部刮痧联合自拟珍僵汤治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的效果较好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of facial scraping combined with self-made Zhenjiang decoction in the treatment of patients with chloasma of liver depression and Qi stagnation type.Methods From May 2020 to November 2021,98 patients with chloasma of liver depression and Qi stagnation type who were treated in the dermatology clinic of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made Zhenjiang decoction,and the treatment group was treated with facial scraping on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the skin lesion area and skin lesion color scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea,irritability and premenstrual breast pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Facial scraping combined with self-made Zhenjiang decoction is effective in the treatment of chloasma of liver depression and Qi stagnation type,which is worthy of promotion.
