祛湿健发汤联合米诺地尔治疗脾虚湿滞型脂溢性脱发的效果及对IGF-Ⅰ、HGF、TGF-β_(2)水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨祛湿健发汤联合米诺地尔治疗脾虚湿滞型脂溢性脱发的效果,以为临床治疗该病提供参考。方法选取2019年4月至2021年12月收治的100例脾虚湿滞型脂溢性脱发患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用米诺地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用祛湿健发汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、转化生长因子-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))、钙、锌、铜、铁水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IGF-Ⅰ、HGF水平高于对照组,TGF-β_(2)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的钙、锌、铜、铁水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛湿健发汤联合米诺地尔治疗脾虚湿滞型脂溢性脱发的效果显著,可有效调节IGF-Ⅰ、HGF、TGF-β_(2)水平,提高头发中微量元素水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Qushi Jianfa decoction combined with minoxidil in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia of spleen dificiency and humidity hysteresis type,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with seborrheic alopecia of spleen dificiency and humidity hysteresis type admitted from April 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minoxidil,and the observation group was treated with Qushi Jianfa decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),transforming growth factor-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2)),calcium,zinc,copper and iron levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IGF-Ⅰand HGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of TGF-β_(2) was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcium,zinc,copper and iron in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qushi Jianfa decoction combined with minoxidil in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia of spleen dificiency and humidity hysteresis type has a significant effect.It can effectively regulate the levels of IGF-Ⅰ,HGF and TGF-β_(2),and improve the levels of trace elements in hair,which is worthy of promotion.
