摘　　要：目的 探讨聚焦解决模式在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年10月进入本院接受白内障手术治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予聚焦解决模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚焦解决模式用于白内障手术患者中可改善其心理状态、视力及眼压,提高依从性及生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution mode in cataract surgery patients.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given focused solution mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the each dimension scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution mode applied in cataract surgery patients can ameliorate mental state,visual acuity and intraocular pressure,and improve compliance and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
