化瘀消癥方治疗异位妊娠患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究化瘀消癥方治疗对异位妊娠患者的临床效果。方法:选取湖南省妇幼保健院2020年3月至2022年5月期间收治的89例异位妊娠患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例)。对照组患者以西医药物为主的治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加化瘀消癥方治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患者的血清炎症因子以及性激素水平,并在第3个月的随访期间比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的血清白细胞介素(IL)-33、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血清孕酮(P)水平高于对照组,血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β(β-HCG)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的β-HCG恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道异常流血时间、包块消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对异位妊娠患者给予化瘀消癥方治疗,能够有效降低炎症因子水平,改善性激素水平,促进疾病的康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Prescription on patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 89 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(44 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated mainly with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huayu Xiaozheng prescription on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the serum inflammatory factors and sex hormones levels of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared during the follow-up period of 3 months.Results After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-33 and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity-2(sST2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum progesterone(P)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum human chorionic gonadotropinβ(β-hCG)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time forβ-HCG to return to normal,the time for abdominal pain to disappear,the time for abnormal vaginal bleeding and the time for mass to disappear in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Xiaozheng prescription for ectopic pregnancy can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the level of sex hormones,and promote the recovery of the disease.
