盆腔炎汤联合康妇炎胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆腔炎汤联合康妇炎胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年6月于漳州市中医院诊治的84例湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组,每组42例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上应用康妇炎胶囊和盆腔炎汤,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的炎性因子水平和临床症状积分变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后白带增多、子宫压痛、盆腔积液评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎患者联合应用康妇炎胶囊和盆腔炎汤效果理想,可以有效降低患者的临床症状积分和炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic inflammation decoction combined with Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type of pelvic inflammation.Methods A total of 84 patients with damp heat and blood stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule and pelvic inflammation decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and clinical symptom score changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of increased leucorrhea,uterine tenderness and pelvic effusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Kangfuyan capsule and pelvic inflammation decoction in patients with damp heat stasis type has an ideal effect,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptom score and inflammatory factor level of patients.
