逍遥丸合四物汤治疗血瘀血虚型月经不调的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨逍遥丸联合四物汤加减对血瘀血虚型月经不调患者月经量及激素水平的影响。方法:选取河南中医药大学第三附属医院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的98例月经不调患者,选取49例采用四物汤加减治疗的患者纳入对照组,选取49例采用逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗的患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及等临床指标。结果:观察组患者总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分、月经周期异常、行经时间异常、经量异常积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者雌二醇(E2)水平低于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗月经不调疗效确切,能够进一步改善患者月经量与激素水平。Objective To explore the effects of Xiaoyao pills combined with Siwu decoction on menstrual volume and hormone levels in patients with irregular menstruation with blood stasis and deficiency.Methods 98 patients with irregular menstruation admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected,49 patients treated with Siwu decoction were selected to be included in a control group,49 patients treated with Xiaoyao pills combined with Siwu decoction were selected to be included in an observation group,and the clinical efficacy and other clinical indicators were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 83.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS),abnormal menstrual cycle,abnormal menstrual duration and abnormal menstrual volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of estradiol(E2)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao pills combined with Siwu decoction is effective in the treatment of irregular menstruation,which can further improve the menstrual volume and hormone level.
