摘 要:目的:分析三七总皂苷联合沙棘多糖对小鼠血脂和保肝作用的影响。方法:将高脂血症模型小鼠分为三七总皂苷组、沙棘多糖组、联合用药组、辛伐他汀对照组和模型对照组。给药4周后,采眼球血测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)含量。结果:联合用药组TC、TG和LDL低于模型对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组的HDL高于三七总皂苷组和沙棘多糖组(P<0.05);联合用药组的AST和ALT水平均显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组的AST水平显著低于三七总皂苷组(P<0.05);联合用药组的AST和ALT水平均显著低于沙棘多糖组(P<0.05)。结论:三七总皂苷联合沙棘多糖保肝作用优于单用三七总皂苷或沙棘多糖。Objective:To investigate the effect of panax notoginseng saponins combined with seabuckthorn polysaccharide on blood lipid and hepatoprotective effect in mice.Methods:Hyperlipidemia mice models established were randomized into the Panax notoginseng saponins group,seabuckthorn polysaccharide group,combined drug administration group,simvastatin control group and model control group.After 4 weeks of administration,eye blood of all groups was collected to measure the levels of serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT).Results:TC,TG and LDL levels in the combined drug administration group were significantly lower than those in the model control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).HDL level in the combined drug administration group was higher than that of the panax notoginseng saponins group and seabuckthorn polysaccharide group(P<0.05).AST and ALT level in combined drug administration group were significantly lower than that of the model control group(P<0.05).AST level of the combined drug administration group was lower than that of Panax notoginseng saponins group(P<0.05).and AST and ALT level in combined drug administration group were significantly lower than that seabuckthorn polysaccharide group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hepatoprotective effect of the combined use of panax notoginseng saponins with seabuckthorn polysaccharide is superior the use of panax notoginseng saponins or SBP alone.
