摘　　要：目的:探讨无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷联合异维A酸治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法:符合玫瑰痤疮诊断标准的110例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组口服异维A酸及保湿霜外涂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷治疗,两组均治疗3个月。分析两组治疗效果、临床症状积分、患者满意度与不良反应。结果:观察组治疗效果及满意度优于对照组;观察组治疗后皮损评分及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷联合异维A酸治疗玫瑰痤疮可提高临床治疗效果和满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of needle-free hydrophotophoresis injection of compound glycyrrhizin combined with isotretinoic acid in the treatment of rosacea.Methods:110 patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria of rosacea were collected and divided into the control group and observation group,with 55 patients in each group according to random number grouping method.The control group were treated with oral isotretinoic acid and moisturizing cream,and the observation group were treated with needle-free injection of compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy,clinical symptom score,patient satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect and satisfaction of observation group were better than control group.The skin lesion score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-free hydrophotophoresis and injection of compound glycyrrhizin combined with isotretinoic acid in the treatment of rosacea can improve the clinical treatment effect and satisfaction.
