陈氏太极·放松功对慢性心衰患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析陈氏太极·放松功对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取80例CHF患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组进行常规康复措施,研究组在对照组基础上进行陈氏太极·放松功干预。通过健康问卷9项(PHQ-9)、广泛焦虑问卷7项(GAD-7)检查焦虑抑郁情况,以左室射血分数(LVEF)、N-端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)检测心功能状态,采用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评估生活质量。结果:干预后,两组PHQ-9评分、GAD-7评分、LVEF、NT-proBNP水平及MLHFQ评分显著改善,且研究组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陈氏太极·放松功能够缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高心功能,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Relaxation Exercise of Chen′s Tai Chi on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:80 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and relaxation group,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation measures.Based on this,the relaxation group received Relaxation Exercise of Chen′s Tai Chi.Before and after intervention,the two groups were compared in anxiety and depression [9 items of the Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9),7 items of the Extensive Anxiety Questionnaire(GAD-7)],cardiac function [left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)] and quality of life [Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHFQ)].Results:After intervention,PHQ-9,GAD-7 scores,serum NT proBNP levels and MLHFQ scores in the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the relaxation group were lower than those in the control group.LVEF of the two groups increased significantly,and that of the relaxation group was higher than that of the control group.The differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxation Exercise of Chen′s Tai Chi can relieve anxiety and depression,improve cardiac function and improve quality of life.
