摘  要:单克隆抗体药物是只能识别一种表位(抗原决定簇)的高纯度抗体,可高亲和力识别并结合病原体,达到高效治疗疾病的目的。单克隆抗体药物最早开发用于治疗各类肿瘤,如今在非肿瘤疾病的治疗中也开始受到越来越多的重视。在类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、银屑病等自身免疫疾病中,使用单克隆抗体药物已成为首选。而哮喘、心血管代谢疾病、偏头疼等其他非自身免疫疾病中,单克隆抗体药物的治疗效果也被证明优于常规药物。本文主要综述了目前已用于一些非肿瘤疾病治疗的各种单克隆抗体药物,以及它们在各种疾病治疗中靶标的生物蛋白分子和相关机理,为开发其他疾病中的单克隆抗体药物提供新思路。Monoclonal antibody drugs are high-purity antibodies that recognize only one epitope(antigenic determinant) and can recognize and bind pathogens with high affinity for the efficient treatment of disease.First developed for the treatment of various types of tumors,monoclonal antibody drugs are now beginning to receive increasing attention in the treatment of non-tumor diseases.The therapentic efficacy of monoclonal antibody drugs has become the first choice in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis and psoriasis.However other non-autoimmune diseases such as asthma,cardiovascular metabolic diseases and migraine have also been shown to be superior to conventional drugs.This paper mainly reviews various monoclonal antibody drugs that have been used in the treatment of some non-oncology diseases,as well as the biological protein molecules they target in the treatment of various diseases and the related mechanisms,to provide new ideas for the development of monoclonal antibody drugs in other diseases.
